Day 2 - Tuesday

7:30am Wake up (Meal 1)
-16oz Water
-2 Scoops of Whey Isolate
-3/4 cup of 100% Rolled Oats Oatmeal (dash of cinnamon and splenda)

Supplements: Twinlab Daily One Without Iron Multivitamin

10:30 (Meal 2)
-1 Cup of 1% Cottage Cheese
-3/4 Cups of Oats
*1 Gram of Ester-C Vitamin C

1:45 (Meal 3)
-6oz of Baked Cod
-2 Cups Broccoli

5:00 (Meal 4)
-8oz Grilled Chicken Breast
-1 Cup of Broccoli

6:30-7:30 (Workout, Bi's and Tri's)

7:30 (Meal 5 - PWO shake)
-46 Grams of ON Whey & 23 grams of Dex, 23grams of Malto
Sipped Slowy as described in PWO Article
*1 Gram Vitamin C, 5Grams of Glutamine, 200mg of R-ALA

9:15 (Meal 6)
-8oz Baked Cod
-1 Cup of Spinach
*400iu of Isomer E

11:30 - ZMA (While watching the Sox force a game 7! and make history)

12:00 (Meal 7)
-1 Cup of CC with 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter & 1/2 scoop of PM Protein mixed in
-1/2 Cup of Spinach
*5 Grams of Glutamine, 1Gram of Ester C

12:15 - Sleep
