Default Renewed 40+ love this site

Hello i am new to the site and enjoy reading all the posts
i have started a new program
base line: WT 182 chest 42,thigh 23 calfs 15 need work,bis 16 bf% about 12%
program full body 3 days per week just getting started.
bench 200
shoulder press 135
incline 135
chin BW+25
Dip BW+45
leg press 8 plates/hack S 6 plates/leg extension 135
pricipals no rep count just work for 45 sec on everything but legs and calfs hit the 60sec + I can really feel the burn and the lactic acid building up.
First cycle
full chest and full back starting with lower back/then upper/ then rear delt-Tmajor and T minor traps/ shuolders/ upper chest/mid chest/lower chest. back in super set fashion same for chest. very painfull. I could not do a single dip when completed same for chin could not do a single chin, usually good for about 30-20 respectively
have a great time. thanks ABC.

notes 3rd work out
1 day rest
squat up 15 to 270 very hard but grinded out a 6 sec rep and 3 partial reps work out at 225 but for only 45 sec nned tom increase to 60
chin up up 5 to bw +50
bench up 5 to 225 very hard push
shoulder lateral same at 25 lbers
wt up to 180.5 + 3lbs
legs are comming very good. calves need work
back very nice with difinite splits between lats and ter m/min
some trap progress.
lower tries and brach of bies are comming, forearms n/c
added upwrite row, bent over lateraal, machine lateral. precher curls lower arm only, tri pul downs and afew others to work the neglected area
work out time 1.5 hours added a WO drink and sipped it after each major body part. it was okay and did not feeel bloated or tired.
over all a good wo, with mention of personnel bests on the squat and bench. i have been lifting for many years and have had dificulties breaking the mind barrier of certain wieghts, no more, there is a direct coralation between increased weights and size. I have been working out with progressively heavier wieghts and the gains are comming daily. rest is a big player the harder i have to work the more days off i take, i will be on 2 days off this time. I do play hockey so theres no sitting around. how hard is hard, after my wo's i can barely but on my street clths. i cant lift my arms over my head and my legs are shaking for at least on hour after the wo. the DPO comes imediatly and stays for at least 2 days. like isaid i am not new to this.
