today i had this,what are ur imputs for bulking.
meal one. 1 cup oats,5 eggwhites meal two. 1 chicken breast salad meal three. 6oz tuna,2 slices wheat bread,one apple meal four. 2scoops whey.1 cup oats mixed/shaked with water meal five. 1 slice wheat bread,7oz chicken breast meal six. steak,carrots,pototoes

This is the wrong forum to be posting diet critiques my friend. This should have been posted in the nutrition forum. One of the mods will move it so it's all good.
Your diet is totally, totally off. I suggest reading and going with Mr. Prez's Get Big Diet which can be found under the nutrition tab above. |
