Default Bulk journal for rugby

I lift weights at home in the morning w/out a spotter. so all of my maxs aren't really maxs, just the most weight with which i can squeeze out 6 reps

Current stats:

Age: 16
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 154
BF%: about 17%
Bench: 135 (on a good day)
Squat: 225
Wide grip chins: 6

Goals by January 2005

Age: 17
Weight: 170
BF%: i dont care, im bulking
Bench: 155
Squat: 305
Chins: 12

The weak muscles im trying to bulk are primarily my forearms, chest, and back.

Day 1: Chest, triceps
Day 2: Legs, abs
Day 3: Shoulders, biceps
Day 4: Back, abs

wow, i just flexed my quad muscle (well i guess i extended it..whatever its called) and im beginning to see some nice separation and a few upper quad muscles are poking through. i also weighed in this morning at 156-157. i think those mid morning pb&js and late night cottage cheese and oatmeal are starting pay off.
