okay, so my workout routine monday will consist of:
TRICEPS: week 2 of 8 weeks program. BICEPS: Pyramiding technique, mixed variations of curls. ABS: The usual ab routine, upping the reps still being weighted by 10pounds plate ALSO, i will be upping my calorie intake by 1000 as my metabolism has grown to accept the new 4000 calorie diet.

well i ended up working out triceps after turkey dinner. Kinda an easy workout, i was extremely tired. wILL MAKE up for it by giving 200% to thsoe muscle groups at the end of this week! I did a great chest workout yesterday night though. It basically consisted of:
ChestPRESS (Machine): 120X10 BP(flat) :120X5 (new PB by 10 pounds) 115X8 115X7 110X9 110X5 ChestPRESS (machine) : 120X7 120X6 120 X5 Machine FLYS : 50X15 X12 X10 X10 Widegrip pushups for that extra burn in my chest! Flatbench DB HalfFlys: 40X8 40X7 40X6 Im very proud of that new chest PB! it felt great, ive moved up my benchpress 10 pounds a week two weeks in a row!

I did a solid ab workout last night as well.
20X3 legs up 5 pound weighted situps 20X3 legs down 5 pound weighted situps 30X crunches 15X end of bench leg raises (dont know how to explain those )30X crunches A few more mixed crunches and oblique excersizes which ive develpoed myself and cant really explain. hehe.

today i will be working out back, and as much as a i want to workout those abs again i will give them a day of rest.
IF im feeling up to it ill bust out a huge forarm workout following my back. cant neglect thsoe forearms! hmm. i have alot of energy today and relativly not schoolwork and i dont have to work tonight. I WILL DO A LEG WORKOUT TOO! hehe

worked out the chest today.
BP: PYRAMID 90 X 15 90 X 15 100 X 12 110 X 5 110 X 5 120 X 3 Chest Press: 120 X 11 120 X 10 120 X 9 Machine flys 3 sets till failure (unkown weight) Dumbell fly presses 40X8 40X6 FLEXING INFRONT OF THE MIRROR!

went to club fit today and continued blasting my chest!
intense workout consisting of: Flat benchpress: 45 X 15 95 X 10 115 X 8 135 X 6 Incline dumbell press: 35 X 12 40 X 10 45 X 8 45 X 6 Decline benchpress machine: 90 X 12 110 X 10 130 X 6 Chest press machine: 110 X 12 120 X 9 130 X 7 Chest fly machine: unknown weight X12 X10 X10 felt really good to get up the 135 6 times. new PB!

worked out the triceps and shoulders today. starting to gain definition and mass!
Skull crunchers: 15X30LBS 10X40LBS 8X40LBS French Presses: 15X30LBS 12X35LBS 10X40LBS 8X40LBS Dumbell Shoulder press 12X40LBS 8X45LBS 6X45LBS + 8X30LBS Machine Shoulder Press 25plates X12 35plates X10 45plates X6 Cable shoulder extensions 10lbs X 20 15lbs X 14 20lbs X 10 Tricep Cable Pressdowns: 30 X 15 40 X 10 50 X 6 Reverse Cable Extension: 20 X 15 30 X 10 40 X 8 Shrug Machine: 90 X 7front 7rear 7 straight 90 X 7front 7rear 7 straight 90 X 7front 7rear 7 straight 90 X MAX straight This felt really good on my traps, they were demolished by the time the last excersize was over. I THINK i forgot a few excersizes and the weights are not all exact as i forget, but this is the basic routine.. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ill hit up the lats, upper and lower back and BICEPS tomarow!

I got the whole saturday off, so i will devote the whole day to eating like mad and feeling 100% for my workout.
