I also bought 500g. "Juiced Creatine" by pinnacle (bodyonics). Basically i will test this out over 2 months. It comes complete with glutamine and all the other stuff you need, and is flavoured like fruit punch! haha
So, i know you here this alot, but how would you reccomend i consume this creatine? a 1 week loading period where i get 20 grams a day, followed by 4 weeks of maintanence (5grams a day) is what i had planned. Any thoughts?

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Remember 5g of protien for every 10 pounds of lbm [/ QUOTE ] hmmmmmm That is way short ^. 1.2 to 2.0 grams of protein for every pound of lean body mass. [/ QUOTE ] My mistake i meant 2.5-5g of protien for every 10 pounds of lbm for his shake. Sorry bout that |

so far thats the plan. EAT EAT EAT! wait an hour, and repeat. my workouts intense and often too, i can barely hold my arms up on the keyboard to type at the moment! i love it. I did the first week in 8 weeks to battering ram strength (triceps) yesterday, and it felt great. I also did biceps, and i am going to do a chest workout tonight.
