gotcha. today i went out and bought:
5KG mammoth 2500 weight gain shake by interactive nutrition.
will up my calorie intake by 2000 per day and add 130g protein. hahaha i cant fall short now!

combined with my regular eating, i will be comsuming roughly:
4500 - 5500 calories a day
150 - 200 grams protein a day
very little fat in comparisson, and good amount of carbs.

sound good?

I also bought 500g. "Juiced Creatine" by pinnacle (bodyonics). Basically i will test this out over 2 months. It comes complete with glutamine and all the other stuff you need, and is flavoured like fruit punch! haha

So, i know you here this alot, but how would you reccomend i consume this creatine? a 1 week loading period where i get 20 grams a day, followed by 4 weeks of maintanence (5grams a day) is what i had planned. Any thoughts?

Remember 5g of protien for every 10 pounds of lbm

[/ QUOTE ]

hmmmmmm That is way short ^. 1.2 to 2.0 grams of protein for every pound of lean body mass.

[/ QUOTE ]
My mistake i meant 2.5-5g of protien for every 10 pounds of lbm for his shake. Sorry bout that

hehehe

so far thats the plan. EAT EAT EAT! wait an hour, and repeat.

my workouts intense and often too, i can barely hold my arms up on the keyboard to type at the moment! i love it. I did the first week in 8 weeks to battering ram strength (triceps) yesterday, and it felt great. I also did biceps, and i am going to do a chest workout tonight.

i did chest workout tonight, and with creatine and my new diet i was able to do 8 reps of a weight 10 pounds greater than my old PB bench press!

Workouts and diet doing great, i am thinking of doing legs tonight because everything is busy healing
