For example, sugar cereal...sorry Charlie. Try oatmeal. well thanks for the tips, and after reading up and all that youve reccomended i realize why im still a skinny guy after more than a year of working out. At least im a slightley toned skinny guy.. hehe
well i will really work on my eating schedule. A few questions i have before i create my new eating schedule, though. Where do you get just egg whites? do you just throw the yolk away? also, how would you consume eggs other than cooking them up? in foods class a few years back i was taught they can carry salmenella and that.. Well ill work on my routine right now. Thanks for the help!

[/ QUOTE ] just crack the egg in half and pour the egg yolk back and forth into the two halves of the egg shell a few times, letting the white drip into a bowl. also, just scramble them, I don't think it's worth the risk not cooking them. |

okay cool. So how does this look for a new eating schedule:
8:00 to 8:30AM: Up, Omlette with 2 whole eggs and 2 extra whites. Large glass milk, piece of fruit. School till 12:00 12:00 PM: Large plate of pasta for lunch (my favorite ), tall glass of milk with 20g. whey protein powder. 1:30 PM: Sandwhiches how many i can stomach, peanut butter or whatever i can find in the house. 2 glasses water/juice. Piece of fruit. School again till 3:30 3:30 PM: PRE WORKOUT! Cereal, 3 - 4 bowls VECTOR or protein rich healthy cereal. 500ML milk, banana, 2 LARGE glasses water. 4:00PM: WORKOUT!3 glasses water throughout 6:00PM: Supper, main meal of day, stuff to the brim of whatever mommy makes for me. LOL i love living at home!! (emphasis on the meats). 9:00PM:40g Whey Protein Shake with 16 oz. Milk. SNACK! whatever i can find, whatevers healthy yet delicious. 2 Glass water. 11:00PM: bedtime! Chow down on cottage cheese before bed, whatever else i might find to keep me stuffed to the brim. Easy on the water though, i want a good sleep! I think thats a pretty good diet for me, keep in mind im currenty 140ish pounds so i think that protein will be fine.

for your first meal, try added some oatmeal or something. you need carbs in that meal. also have water with that meal instead of milk because milk will slow down the absorption of protein. this is no good because your body is in a catabolic state after sleeping for 8-10 hours with no food. therefore, you need protein asap. whey is quick absorbing and so are egg whites so you're good with that.
also, I highly recommend you add a post-workout shake!!! |

okay. so change the shake to right after workout, and add some cereal to the breakfast. gotcha
