Well i havnt been postin my workouts lately.. Which is a shame because they are more intense and frequant than ever! Ive been working out 2X daily (yesterday was an off day), and my diet is dead on.
Ive been making unbelievable gains lately! Todays workout: Biceps and Triceps: (Concentrating on as heavy weights i can manage in todays session) Cable Pressdowns: 46x12 64x10 72x6 72x4 10 second negative Single Arm Standing DB Preacher Curls: 25x12 25x12 25x10 25x10 30x8 30x8 +half reps 30x5 30x5 +half reps +dropset 5x15 Standing DB Extensions: 20X12 20X10 25X7 Lying Tricep Extensions: 20X8 20X8 25X6 +negatives Alternating DB Curls: 25X12 25X10 25X8 30X5 30X4 +5 second negatives +dropsset 5x20 DB Kickbacks: 20X12 20X12 25X7 25X7 French Presses: 45x10 55x5 HammerBar Press: (Triceps Motion) 70x12 110x6 110x6 BTB Bench Dips: BWx15 +30x10 +50x6 I used an ezbar set on my lap for these 2 sets, it kindof hurt with the 50lbs [img]/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] +20x10 +40x8 For these two sets i set the 10LB plates on my lap. This worked alot better [img]/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] I followed these up with some diamond pushups, regular pushups, and close grip feet on bench pushups. My last set of the day was a new thing for me.. ANIMAL CURLS! Animal Curls: 46x12 64x9 64x5 64x4 plus negatives.. etc. etc. AMAZING workout! Probably the best ever! My energy level and motivation is at an all time high... Ill be breaking 170 in no time! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Today i didnt have alot of time and energy, but i still put in a good workout. I cut my workout to specifically anterior deltoids and Lat work, ill move my posterior and lateral deltoid workouts to my PM session tomarrow [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. Having the option to workout twice a day is amazing!
Military Press: (From Floor) 15X20 55X12 95X10 95X10 105X7 125X miss I had troubles after i cleaned the weight here. Better work on it for next workout! 105X5 Lat Pulldown (Wide Grip, To Chest): 46x15 72x12 104x10 104x9 I Maxed my cable machine out here... [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I would like to go heavier! 104x7 104x5 DB Press: 45X8 45x7 45x8 55x3 Barbell Rows: 105X10 105X9 125X5 125X3 - SUPERSETTED WITH - Close Grip Lat Pulldown: 104X12 104x10 104x10 104x10 Again, the weight stack on my cable machine really limited this excersize. Still an effective superset, though [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Well, im back after camping all weekend! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img] Had a great time.. Not to mention everyone was commenting on how much bulkier i looked!

A very effective superset! Flat DB Press: 60x6 <font color="red">60x7 ANOTHER PB here!</font> 60x5 -SUPERSETTED WITH- Non-Peak DB Flys: 25X11 25X9 25X9 Incline DB Press: 50X5 50X8 50X7 50X6 -SUPERSETTED WITH- Incline Flys: 25X7 25X6 Incline non-peak Flys: 25X9 25x7 Followed this off with some machine press... Overall an AMAZING workout! great way to come back from a weekend off! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

DB Press: 25x15 45X9 45X8 45X6 -Supersetted With- Front DB Raises: 10X20 17.5X12 17.5X11 17.5X8 /Half reps/Static Hold Lateral Raises: 15X17 15X13 15x12 15X10 -Supersetted With- Lateral Plate Raise Machine: 30X8 30X7 30X6 / Half reps 30X4 drop 10X10 / 20 sec. Static Hold Seated Reverse Flys: 15X11 15X9 15X8 15x9 Face Pulls: 44X12 drop 36X10 62X9 drop 42X8 drop 36X10 44X10 drop 36X10 drop 28X14 28X20 I had to do the face pulls at home because the gym was overcrowded and some morons where crowded around the overhead pulley station. Not a bad workout, just kinda pissed off at all the gym idiots that came out tonight.
