Haha thanks for stopping by BrothaMan. Knowing that you are keeping an eye on me will keep me from slacking!

Wednesday, Oct. 21st- Biceps, calves, and forearms
BB curls 1 X 6 @ 115, 1 X 5 @ 115
Cable curls 1 X 6 @ 160, 1 X 5 @ 160
DB curls 1 X 5 @ 55
BB wrist curls 1 X 8 @ 125, 2 X 6 @ 125
BB reverse wrist curls 1 X 7 @ 45, 1 X 6 @ 45
Seated calf raises 1 X 8 @ 150, 2 X 7 @ 150
One foot calf raises on leg press 1 X 8 @ 140, 1 X 7 @ 180

Numbers may be a bit off for this one. I will definitely be picking up a log on my next trip to the store. I gotta start recording these workouts because memory isn't quite up to par. This was a pretty solid workout. I took down the weights on the bicep movements because I felt like my form needed to be tightened up. I think it still needs some work, but I felt like I hit my biceps better today then I had previously done. Forearm work was good, but I really wanna bring the reverse curls up. Calves are okay, but I want to kick up the intensity.

Thursday, Oct 22nd- Triceps and abs
Lying DB extensions 2 X 4 @ 65
Press-downs 1 X 7 @ 190, 1 X 6 @ 200, 1 X 5 @ 205
One-arm press-down 1 x 8 @ 60, 1 X 5 @ 65
Leg raises 1 X 10 @ 15, 1 x 12 @ 10, 1 X 12 @ 12.5
Cable crunches 1 X 12 @ 80, 1 X 10 @ 90
Seated crunches (done on seated row) 1 X 10 @ 20 (or something...)
Decline crunch 1 X 12 @ BW

My mind wasn't really in this one today *yawns*, but my numbers were good. Feel like my arms will be growing off of this one for sure. I really pushed for some of those final reps, especially the press-downs. Trying to improve my mind-muscle connection with abs. It is hard to really focus on hitting the abs and not the hip flexors or other muscles.

Friday, Oct. 22nd- Back
Deadlifts 1 X 4 @ approx. 403, 1 X 3 @ 403, 1 X 1 @ approx. 425
V-bar pull-downs 2 x 5 @ 225
BB rows 2 X 5 @ 215
T-bar rows 1 x 6 @ 110, 1 x 5 @ 120
Pull-ups 1 x 4 @ BW

Whew! This was a good one. I was putting up my highest poundages yet on every lift. I think I need to tighten my form up on the pull-downs. I think some lean is just fine, but don't want to turn it into a row! Barbell rows felt the best they ever had. I gave T-bar rows a try and I felt like they hit the upper-middle area of my back pretty well. I finished it all off with a set of pull-ups, I could hardly get 4 reps! Saturday, Oct. 23rd- Shoulders and traps
BB standing shoulder presses 1 X 4 @ 160, 1 X 2 @ 160
DB seated shoulder presses 1 X 2 @ 80
Side lateral raises 1 X 4 w/ 6 partials @ 45, 1 X 6 w/ 6 partials @ 42.5
Bent-over rear laterals 1 X 8 @ 60, 1 X 5 @ 65
DB shrugs 1 X 7 @ 110, 1 X 6 @ 115
Upright rows 1 X 3 @ 100 (bar weight not included), 1 x 5 @ 90

A pretty solid one today as well, though my presses were kind of weak, which is never something that makes me happy. At least everything after that was awesome! I was feeling the biggest shoulder pump I've ever had and I could tell that I had really hit the muscles. Trap work was also solid, I surprised myself on the shrugs. Upright rows could have went better.
