Strength levels were pretty low today, but I got it done anyway.

My chest gets "empty" pretty fast, so high volume workouts are hard. I'm not sure if I should do low volume or high volume workouts. Low volume really helped me increase strength by insame amounts extremely fast. I'll see how this works for me a couple of weeks though...</font> |

Good stuff on the chest workout (I'm assuming those weights are KGs rather than LBs. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]. I like high volume personally. The more the better. I do try to keep the workouts between 1 hr and 1.5 hrs.

But on chest I seem to get empty after the first set, so performing high volume workouts on chest day gets difficult sometimes. My computer isn't at home, and I forgot to bring my workout sheet, so no weights today.

I'm going back to the gym this Monday. Looking forward to it. I finally got a digital weight, I weighed in at 90.9 kgs which feels like alot, I wanna do a minicut, but I suck at this calorie counting stuff [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I'm currently trying to get a hold of Pumping Iron...
