So I've been thinking about creating a new journal, and well, this is it. I promise I'm gonna log this one in a more entertaining way, than I did the last one. I just got myself a digital camera, and I am now able to take progress pictures. I might actually take a few shots and post them later tonite.
I've had a week off now, and I'm ready to come back hard on Monday. I have finally started lifting somewhat heavy weights on various excercises (what I consider heavy, anyway.), which is great. You will see for yourself, as I will be putting down the weights aswell. I feel like I've got a pretty bad symmetry problem, which I really want to fix. You can see what I mean in the pictures I intend to take. I don't think I'm gonna log nutrition, because I have no clue on the subject. I am trying to learn though, so we'll see. Well, I'm gonna put up split and stuff in a jiffy (later tonite anyway.). Also, I would love comments/critique on my workouts. That's it. |

Well, dude, rock on bro! Nice, brand new squeaky clean journal you got here. It's time to get it dirty. Can't wait to feast my eyes on the complete terror and destruction that will reign from these pages.

Øy guys!
I'm currently torn between 3 splits. mon: tris/bis/forearms tue: legs wed: delts (the whole deltoid complex) thu: abs/calves fri: chest/tri sat: back/traps/rear-delts sun: off mon: tris/bis/forearms tue: legs wed: front-delts/side-delts thu: abs/calves fri: chest/tri sat: back/traps/rear-delts sun: off mon: chest/tri tue: legs wed: delts/traps thu: abs/calves fri: chest/tri sat: back/bis sun: off I don't necessarily have to do triceps both monday and friday on split numer three. Thing is, I'm really having a hard time picking one. I think number two looks really interesting, and might work well. Any comments/critique on any of the splits? I don't wanna overtrain or anything. What looks optimal? |

I am a big fan of split number one if you take tris out of chest day and just nail chest alone.
Also, three looks okay as well if you take out tris on chest day. That's pretty much the same split I am using, but I train traps with delts. Right on bro, lookin' good. |
