Start Weight: 285
BMI: 33
Height: 6' 2"

Weight 178
BMI: 22


Weight: 282

8AM 6 Eggwhites, 1 yolk, and Spinach, 1/4 cup orzo

11AM Protein Bar

1PM 6 oz Chicken ... Brocolli
Goal: 178 lbs
Start: 285 lbs
Current: 282 lbs
Diet: 6 meals of quality protein, quality carbs
Daily Workout:
30 minutes Cardio (Walking or Stationery Bike)
15 minutes abs (All fat is on my abs)
15 minutes dumbells (Rotate diff area each day)

Goal is slim trim muscular body, not bulk.
I would like to look like my avatar.
