RANT TIME!
okay, i have come to the conclusion that i am an extreme case of emotional eating. i just completely binged on a lot of crap and natty pb. i feel disgusting... when i'm stressed, frustrated, studying, bored, i eat. in this case i was avoiding studying. i keep doing this! i am never gonna lose this flab unless i stop. i know that i would look pretty good if i lost like 10-15 lbs of fat. what is wrong w/ me? i am so mad at myself right now. |

Don't be so hard on yourself girl. I used to be the same way. It's okay to let life happen now and again, nobody's perfect, I know I'm not.
Yeah, I have been known to be a stickler when it comes to not cheating on a cut, but I have since then realized something. If something comes up or you slip up, just "try" to do better. That's all, just "try". Don't stress out about it because that will only lead to more frustrations and guilt, which in turn, may lead to more emotional eating. Tomorrow is always another day, remember that. I used to drink alot a few years ago. That was my out. We all have our avoiding behaviors, some worse than others. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you at all. We are human, we are bound to act purely on emotion, especially if we are looking for an escape route or distraction. I have faith in you and know you can achieve any goal you set out for. Take a deep breathe and tell yourself, man that was some good stuff, why, because what is done is done and you can't take it back so you might as well admit that it was good at the time anyways. It's okay girl, really. By the time you read this it will be a new day and all you can do is tell yourself you will "try" to do better because if you get upset with yourself it's bound to happen again.
