Default 16 year old newbi!

Hi, well basicly my diet and exersise hasn't been good in the past, because i went through stages of not eating for weeks at end and then binging. But i want to be healthy, mentally and physiclly, and i think this is the place i should be. I used to go to the gym nearly everyday doing a weights with my sister but now that im soon to be in year 12, it's too difficult with all the homework i get. I'm going to do the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning and do a 3day split on my little home gym.
Is this split okay? it's what my sister used to do.
Monff
Tue: Chest, Tri, Forearms, abs.
Wed: Back, Bi's, traps, forearms
Thr: off/cardio (running)
Friday: Legs /Delts
Satff/cardio (running)
Sunff/

Sunday: Back + Abs
Monday: Cardio(running)
Tuesday: Chest + Tris
Wednesday: Shoulders + biceps + traps
Thursday: Cardio(running)

Thanks!

why don't you just follow the split that is outlined in the 13 week program since that is what you wanted to follow? its a 3 day split.

otherwise, i like your first split better because it incorporates legs and the second does not.

I agree.. try the work out designed to go with the diet.

Otherwise, I like the first slpit better too. I would take out the extra forearm work. . . i dont see the point in doing it two days back to back.

You could incorporate more ab work (or core body building) on cardio days.

Also consider moving delts to another day. When worked right, Legs will require your sole attention. Since they are the biggest muscles in your body, they deserve a whole day to themselves.. its 4 muscle groups that your working--quads, hams, calves & glutes.

welcome aboard
me (who has only been seriously doign this for about a year ) i would go with the first split - but that soccer girls advice, read the 13 week manual (well _I_ call it a manual) and see if that gives you a better choice.
