I dont really post much, but I have decided to start a journal just because of the fact that I have a problem with recording workouts when I'm doing them
I'm 15, 165-170 lbs I take creatine and whey... IF i can remember to take them [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] i'll post yesterday and todays workout later |

Yesterday...Didn't to to much do to 3 hour practice in the rain... so i was kind of tired... I also don't have a set split just have to work around my daily life... but i normally get 3-4 days in
I'm doing the Russian bench program so i just did chest Bench: 75% 3x8 incline 75% 3x8 powercleans 75% 3x5 bench and incline 50% 4x12 (both) Today... Squats 85%x5 90%x4 95%x3 Hang cleans 85%x5 90%x4 95%x3 Power jerk 85%x5 90%x4 95%x3 Over The head Squat, gripped like power jerk 85%x5 90%x4 95%x3 clean pulls I dont know max so 200 3x5 If you have any questions just ask [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] |
