I have posted this before, But my ultimate Cottage Cheese recipe is 1 Cup of Friendship 1% No Salt Added CC, 10grams (1/2Scoop) of any PM Protein. GNC has a PM Blend Protein (Vanilla Caramel i use), or use 1 of the Many other name brands out there, or go online and custimize a Casien Protein Blends from one of those online stores.
**Stir in the Protein with the CC and u have a great tasting desert treat. You can add 1 TBSP of Flax, Natty PB to it depending on your goals, and then have it along side a cup of greens to have a balanced slow burning last meal of the day. |

I, for one, don't mind the taste of Cottage Cheese. I buy the fat free kind and it comes in plain, pineapple, and peach. What I like to do about 60 - 90 minutes prior to my morning workout is:
8 oz cottage cheese 8 oz yogurt 1 scoop Protein Powder of choice (I like Myoplex and Meso tech) This gives me the protein and carb mix that I am looking for during my lift. I follow this up with a Protein Shake for my post-workout meal. This is one of the methods that has helped me go from 15.94% body fat to 12.04% in the past several months. My abs are there, now I want the world to see them!
