Darnit. I had all my workouts backlogged in notepad but when I opened up the chest workout for a template for today's workout I accidentally saved it as chest and lost the other one. LOL! XD I'm not gonna type it all up again, but I did a 15 minute-total warm-up, three sets on the paramount incline press machine (stopped in the middle of the third because of my wrist), three sets of decline DB presses with the last set a drop set, 3 sets of incline flyes with the last set a drop set, 3 sets of cable crossovers with the last set a double drop, a triset of cable crossovers/parallel bar dips/standing cable flyes, and one set of pullovers. Then I finished with five minutes of stretching and did a deep fascia massage.

Today's shoulder workout was awesome. To quote LegendaryWatcher I was a "walking lactic acid bath". Best shoulder/trap pump of my life!

What in the heck is all of this? I have never heard of any of these bands before. Well, I did hear a little of your Chicks On Speed and it sounded like Smurfs on crack. But, thatís the crazy Syddles. The most unique chick when it comes to being an individual.

Great workouts up in here... but this is why I'm posting...

I'd rather purchase Silent Hill 4 when that comes out on Tuesday and throw a Silent Hill party next weekend. A girl has got to have her priorities, yanno?

[/ QUOTE ]

[*%#*%*#], I forgot all about SH4 coming out. I knew there was a reason I hardly use any supplements; so I have money for survival horror games. I probably won't pick it up til the weekend, lemme know how you like it Syds...
