so tommorow is a restabs day ill probaly do about 6 different ab workouts 20 reps each as i haven really been doing much ab work.

ive decided to do

(maybe 2 sets of all i dont know what should i do)

lying leg raised crunches 20
lying leg raised twisters 20
leg raises 20
sit and tucks 20
bicycle crunches 20
seated twist 20 *2

Saw you posted in my journal so I thought I would stop by and check out what's happening here. Ab work looks decent, on your leg raises, are you holding them for like 30 seconds each?

Ok so today is back Day and heres the plan

One arm bent over dumbell raises
barbell raises
deadlifts
barbell goodmornings
and a couple pull ups if i can find a place to do them

Hey everyone, back after my week + of camping not quiting working out no worries sinewy

So tommorow is going to be first day back on the workout plan and im planning to do chest

i think im going to try to go a bit heavier then i nornmally do but do 6-8 reps instead 8-12

ill post what i ended up doing tommorow.

try the 24 workout mass blitz! and use the 24 mass diet! if ya wanna huge up. I was directed that way. My bro did it for 4 months and made huge..simply HUGE gains dude. Thats why im hittin it!
