Oh heres what happened

I had to change the leg day

and for the most part i just post what im planning to do the day before to try and get some feedback before i do hit the weights. and then i post sets and weights afterwards once i know how much i did

i was really trying to get some feedback on my arms day before i went in and did it cause i wasnt sure if i should do bi or tris first, anyways i ended up doing tris cause its 2/3 of the arm so i figured bigger muscules first but yeah thats why there not the sets and reps beside them all

i think ive set some goals for myself

right now im 225 and probably about 15% Bf (thats a guess becasue i can see alittle bit of upper abs when i flex) and id like to get down to about 210 and just have more overall defintion, im really going to start doing this when i get back from camping next sunday,) and ill try to have my goals achieved by my birthday november 2nd. does this sounds reasonable or is 15 pounds to much to lose by then??
