Oh and ill see what i can do about getting a cam to do some pics with, should i do them all flexe, including abs? or felx chest and arms and such but not abs?

so on that note Tommorow is Arms

I wondering should i do bi or tri first or does it not matter? or maybe go supersets between exercises, hopefully i can get a quick response then ill design the work out around that

any body have any suggestions on the order they should og in or does it not matter? and again bi or tris first? or should i superst between the 2?

I started with

triceps
french press 30lbs (warm up)
then i did
overhead extensions 50lbs *12,10,8
Lying floor skull crushers 50lbs *12,10,8,8
decline skull krushers 55*12,10,10,8

the biceps/forearms
Seated ALternating curls 25lbs *12,10,8
Walls Curls 55lbs *12,10,8
Incline curls 25lbs *12,20,8
ss with palm down wrist curls 10lbs *12,10,8
ss with palm up curls 20lbs *12,10,8
21's 55lbs

military press ss with front raises
upright rows ss with L laterals
lying rear delt raise

weights and sets will be posted post workout
