I center my split around seven days, and I like it, you may find it easier to keep track and maintain your split that way as well.

Another personal preference I have is doing bi/tri together and doing back and chest seperately. (As in, three days: Bi/Tri, Back, Chest) This way I can concentrate on less muscles, and work them harder.

This idea intrigues me alot of the time i feel to tired to do the triceps or biceps on the back days so i think ill switch that up

new [split

Chest
Legs
rest
Arms
Shoulder/Traps
Rest
Back

Or what order would be the best? im trying not to work out arms and chest in a row? or does it not matter?

so I hit the worout and i did as followed

Incline bench
105 * 7,5,2

Flat bench
120 * 12, 10, 8,
110 * 6

DEcline Bench
115 * 12, 10, 8

Decline Flys
30 * 12
25 * 10, 10, 8

I actually started with the decline work thats why the incline werent as sceduled, and the falt weight is different cause i thought i put 120 so i only racked 120, but overall felt great, couldnt pop out any more reps 8`D so im pleased
