<font color="blue">Cardio</font> <font color="blue">Cardio</font> <font color="orange">Treadmill</font> 1.0 hour of Intense Cardio <font color="brown">460.00 calories / 156.00 Fat calories burned</font> <font color="green">Comments: Well these next few days I'm without a weight room do to some remodeling. So I'm going to take advantage and rip of 5 straight days of cardio ranging from 30-60 minutes. On my last cut I did this to shock my body into fat loss. I was at a platue, and tried this and ended up getting another 12.00lbs out of my cut. So here I go again. I know a lot of people will say it's to much cardio, but I keep my body fed, and keep the supplements going. It's worked for me in the past so I'm gonna try it again.</font> <font color="brown">PS Thanks for the words MC Jaycore!!</font>

<font color="green">Comments:Well I've been waaaay busy with work, and going threw a promotional period, and I would just like to say that it has finally passed, and I am very happy. I've been promoted to a management position and more then doubled my pay. I had to travel this w/e to get some stuff set up, but I'm done with that now, and I can get back to working out, and actually enjoyinh myself stress free!
