Morning will be Cardio & Abs, and then I will be training Back & Triceps in the afternoon. This will make up for Friday & Saturday, and it's not over loading. So I will be fresh to go for Monday. </font>

I started with Cardio this morning, and then after mowing the grass, I worked out Triceps. I'm going to rest till later this evening, and then I will finish off with Back & Abs. This will get me caught up from my extra day off, and I will be ready to go tomorrow. I hit my Triceps with a ton of intensity today, but kept it short, because tomorrow is Chest, and even though I'm past the beginner DOM stages I dont want to be over sore for Chest Day. Well I decided to skip the 2nd part of my workout. After thinking about it I didnt want to work out Twice today, and then do 6 days in a row starting my week tomorrow. I'll just hit back and abs really hard on the next go around, and keep my intensity high threw every workout starting tomorrow with Chest & Forearms.

The entire workout felt really good, and I tried a new thing at the end of my Chest Workout. I Flat Bench Pressed the bar 75 times without a pause to really burn myself out. I'm going to try this every 3 weeks, and work my way to 100 Reps without a pause, and then start adding weight to it starting with 5.0lbs'er, and work my way up. I'm really pumped up, and can't wait for Leg & Cardio day tomorrow.
