<font color="green">Comments: I really abused my Biceps today, and I think I had a solid workout. I've really settled into a comfort zone in the fact that I'm getting myself to workout every day (6 days a week), and I havent had to really push myself to get into the gym. I don't have to talk myself out of not wanting to workout. So hopefully I can continue these 6 day a week workouts for awhile longer. I'm thinking in maybe 2 months or so I will drop it down to 4 days a week, but if I continue to see good progress like this then I will leave it at 6 days. Well see you tomorrow for Triceps &amp; Cardio.</font>
