Default Building a new me

Day 1 - sorta

Been WAY too long since I have been in the gym. Been even longer since I ate good and longer still since my lungs were clear and even longer yet again since I was happy being me. One step at a time, all that is changing.

Working on the food. Not as much pepsi today and will begin cooking healthy foods for tomorrow.

Hit the gym :-) Did shoulders/chest/abs and a walk on the treadmill. Was REALLY hoping to get on the scale as I have no idea what is going on. Clothes still fit the same but the muscle tone seems to be fading. Womens locker room still closed from a flood - maybe mid Aug it will re-open.

Felt REALLY good. The social part was good as well :-) Got a TOTALLY new hairdo and of course half the people didn't recognize me at first. I feel good though. Hopefull for my future for a change.

Who knew divorce could be positive??
Tomorrow is another day learning/growing/exploring and changing

Goals - gotta define some goals right???

I really only have one and that will produce all kinds of positive effects. I want to be healthy. I want to eat, drink and live healthy - period. Not looking to be a bodybuilder or look like a model - just be healthy.

Simple enough huh?

Todays plan is rough - in the car all day with 6 kids. Not sure if I will even get to the gym. Chest and shoulders allready barking at me a bit.
