Hi girls,
my girlfriend has just started to attend the gym with me, she does not want to build muscle, just tone and maintain what is there. and burn a little excess fat. she is going tocome to the gym 3 times a week and i am looking for a good workout for her. Is it best for her to adopt a split or just a general whole body workout each time? have read a few posts here and have a few ideas of what i can suggest for her, but would be grateful if i could get some specific feedback also. much obilged. |

its best or her to adopt a split imo. just have her do the same exercises you do.
look at some of the ladies' journals here for ideas. |

...I totally agree a 3 day split would defionately teh best bet...tell her that as she has to go hardcore on glutes and glutes again as they tend to slack if theu are not well taken care of... El.
