Well I have FINALLY started a journal.
This morning: CARDIO 20 mins cycle, level 5, constint HR of 135 - 145. 20 mins Elitical Walker, level 4, constint HR of 120 - 135. ABS: rope crunches 15,20,20 hanging leg raises: 10,10,10 side crunches: 10, 10 ,10 (both sides) I am feeling good today - really good. after my injury (my knees) i was scared i had put on weight but i stuck at 80 which is great - now to get to 75 [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I've been seeing you post all over the forums and now you are starting a journal. That is really awesome. Stay inspired and motivated my friend. I wish you the best of luck in your fitness adventures and can't wait to see the excellent gains ahead.

Wednesday: well i lost it: lost focus, banged my knee and am just feeling in a really sorry state:
I did 15 mins of cycling - 10 on the arm cycle thingie 10 on the eliptical walker. not proud at all I think i slept wrong cause i woke up with a headache and a very sore neck. I am takign this afternoon off (leg split) cause i just think i need to take a bit of a break, curl up on the couch and get some rest. tommorow will be better I would kill for a training partner

Don't let stress and worry interfere with your goals in bodybuilding. It will only become detrimental to your progress. Make sure you are eating right. That is one of the biggest issues I see with newcomers. This may be why you are feeling the way that you are right now as well. If you are drinking plenty of water and eating clean you will have an overall better sense of well-being. What I would do is take a hot bath, drink tons of water, stretch out, and rest up. Awaken to a new day and lift your spirit and happiness to a new level. Chin Up Girl!! You can do this. I hopped back on the wagon this week too. It is kind of tough but just keep focused on what you can do and what your goals are!! Good luck!

well i was sick yesterday - explains why i feel so down the past 2 days: doc syays i have a nasty cold and bed rest this weekend. but monday i am back in action and i have a date tommorow *bounce*

Monday: well i did! i benched 57kg's [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
yesterday was an awesom work out - i did chest biceps and triceps, and i had a good work out: fought with my ex bf - but hey what can a girl do [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] *bounce*

*G* the date went wonderfully! he and i are now offically seeing each other: he and i did wing chun last night together, and he is going to move to my gym so we can start training together too [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
I am off for a holiday tommorow [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] going to cape town to see myfamily: i am so so excited: gym this morning didn't happen cause my bloody car wouldn't start but i am busy workign on a new programme [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
