Default the mood is about to change

I can feel the eagerness to change my diet and my life for good.
after reading the window of oportunity along with 13 weeks of fat loss I'm ready to lay the remote down and come back again.
thanks again to the ones who replied at the pic. forum.

I would begin by figuring out what your maintenance calories are. After that, you need to design a diet plan that keeps you reasonably at/under that level while eating only healthy foods, in conjunction with an exercise program. There are articles on this site that explain how to do these things safely and accurately.

Very best of luck. A good attitude and strength of will are two of your best friends right now. We'll be pulling for ya!

It's a lot of reading for a 13 week plan but if you read and follow it you will definately see some serious results.

hey guys,
I only sleept two hours Sunday night due to my night job and i couln't work out last night I was just really tired.
today I feel alot better, this is how my start looks like.

meal one
5egg whites + one yolk
ISO pure shake
mix greens tom, onion, peppers.
tall water
V12 cell volumizer.

Supplements:
Multi
Chronium
CLA
Vitamin C
Glucosamin
Flax Oil
BCAA

Im planning to take zantrex-3 also.
today is arms and shoulders.

good workout last night. By's and try's

carbs:
84
Protein:
313
fat: 25.1

I usually take about 3000-3300 cal a day to maintain my weight. I wonder if 2000 cals are a good start to start loosing fat.

Calories are too low. YOu overall diet needs an incredible amount of work. YOu should post the protein, carbs, and fats for each meal item and total them up. It makes it easier to track and to critique.
