Last night I fell asleep with my boyfriend around 10:30, so I missed my last two meals last night. Not good! At least I stuck to eating clean, which I'm happy about.

Tonight I am going to a car show with him and his family. One of the guys from The Monkees will be there. Haha.

Hopefully we'll be eating somewhere that has chicken breasts or salads amd fat-free dressings.

So as a result of us going to this car show tonight, we're not going to the gym. I'm kind of bummed about this because it was going to be chest day and I was planning on getting the 40lb dumbbells up and having my boyfriend there to spot me. We're going tomorrow though instead and I'll be doing chest then and he'll be doing the same workout. So I can't wait [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]!

Anyways, enough babble. Let's get to today's diet!

1 scoop pro-rated crazy banana whey protein
1 tsp. flax oil
sweetener
water

1.5 tbsp. natty pb
2 medium stalks of celery
1 scoop pro-rated crazy banana whey protein
sweetener
water
b-complex
600mg calcium

1 tsp. flax oil
1/4 c. instant whole grain brown rice
1 oz. beef jerky, 95% fat-free
sweetener
spray butter (0 calories)

Yeah, I'm not sure how I did it either. I wonder how accurate my measurements were? Hopefully they weren't too far off anyways. I'll def. be having someone help me measure from now on.

I hope you had fun at the car show. Was it Davey at the show from the Monkees? If so did you get to check him at all? Tear it up on chest day!! I want a report of 40's on my desk by tomorrow night...Hehe.

I'm not sure which Monkee it was...

I got the 40's up 3 1/2 times. Good enough for me for now! Next time, I'll go for 3 more times.

Bomb, I just have to say that I have been so impressed with you lately! I have seen a couple of posts in which you describe the progress you have made over the past year, and it is awesome!

5 min. warm-up, gradually increasing speed
13 min. HIIT, alternating low/high intensity @ 1 min. intervals
5 min. cool-down, gradually decreasing speed

Total: 23 mins.
