Prettier and *more of a gentlemen*.

Profly, I still remember your comments from the bad boy thread....lol...I disagreed with you then too.

[/ QUOTE ]

Online and in person are two different things... do not judge a book by its cover. From those who actually know me, I am QUITE a gentlemen.

BTW, I have the outmost respect for fellow BBers. We are like no others and I am here to learn and share (more learn) just as you are. I just like to have fun along the way! I dont mind getting a jab from time to time... I even set myself up .

Curious do you have to suffer the horrors of stair sprints in track?

[/ QUOTE ]

NOOooooooooo! And I'm so *happy* I havn't done that since HS. I'm a thrower not a spinter or a mid dist runner either.

I am considering the Pent however and if I were to do that I'd add on the triple jump and possibly the 800m to my throws. ^Then^, there would be occasion for stadium sprints.
I'm happy to report I've escaped such forms of specialized torture thus far.

I'm a book slave and a masochist...I have no death wish however. 0=) <---same thing I told the head strength coach when he asked if I wanted to be the new kicker..yes my school was *that* desperate..and that was very recently after the Colorado reports came out.... EDIT: I could not agree with you more, Profly. I do too, and I'm not anywhere near a bodybuilder. I think this site is excellant, it's like "open source" for the hardcore....kinda like UNIX. I tease a along the way and I've gotten a *pokes* from it myself..I'd like to think I do not throw punches however.

Liar..admit..YOU ARE PRETTY TOO>. and YOU ARE PROUD>>>! LIke any good bodybuilder is...above average..but can always use a *little* refinement.

In the same light, I know I am strong...but I can always be *stronger*.

We are alike..... I am totally hard on myself to become a better person mentally and physically. Anything can be refined if you have the mind to put to it! I am a new person and it is due to hard training, ABC and ABCers.
