What's up ABC? I decided to toss a leg shot into the pic forum. Messing around with the camera phone, I managed to get a decent shot. Prior to this past year, I had basically no quads, I can tell a big difference, and I owe it to the squat! Lemme know what you think.....
THANKS My leg shot, as requested

Looks great Pipe. From what I can tell, your upper body looks very large too.

Dude your quads look great, working the legs is not one of my best things. I need to kick it with the squats too.

Hey, thanks alot for the compliment man.
Honestly, I have been squatting with a free barbell, as opposed to a smith machine, for about two months now. Now I love the feeling of the bar on my shoulders, and the sensation of wanting to put the weight through the roof. When I began, I was seriously doing sets of around 135... and they were tough. Since then, I have managed to bump my squatting weights up into the 275 range. I am working hard to obtain the 315 benchmark. Sure, they are tough, but they give results, and most people don't do em. Get squattin man!!
