I would put traps with back or delts and put abs with delts and bis/forearms to give yourself another day off. A lot of people wo 6 or 7 days a week but it's tough. One draw back to what I suggested is your wos will be longer. I would do abs at least twice a week.

Hey there new, just stopping in to check things out. Couple of comments for you...

With your split, it looks good, but if I were you I might switch Friday's workout with Saturday's. Only reason being if you do certain leg exercises like squats, ham curls, barbell hack squats, etc... on leg day, it might negatively affect your ability to perform exercises like deadlifts, hang cleans, or even heavy bb rows on back day. By putting a day in between those workouts, your muscles should be recovered enough, though I like to keep back and legs as far from each other in the week as possible, myself.

Second, your chest/tri workout looked pretty good, but I'm curious why you started with some tri exercises, and kind of mixed them throughout. Typically, you'll see better results working the larger muscle groups early on, and the smaller groups later. If not, you might fail on, say benchpress, because your tri's were tired out, not giving your pecs enough work. Peace...

Squats are awsume for warm up but why not incoperate them into your routine. Get some heavy iron and do a couple sets of hardcore squats with differn't variations(not as a warm up)
