Well for you i would put it either on your leg day or bicep trap day. You may be to tired and week from trap day to put it on leg day to putting it on the same day might beifit your results. Just make sure u dont neglect them to long or you'll look freaky lol

btw.. cardio after leg day also is a problem...but i usually work through it and once im all stretched its usually fine [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] i really hate cardio...but i always feel good once its done

Think of cardio as a destination. When jogging or walking your going to a place a destination. Think of it as your not working against your body but your working for it. You want it to be over so if you have a set amount of km the faster you go the faster you finish(dont substitute realyl fast burstes for consitancy in pace) if you have a set amount of time you cant do it. I really just think of it as 1 mile at a time, ok iv done one mile next stone an other mile lets go for it. And i can not back away from a goal i have set. If i say im going to jog for 5 billion hours i will or i'll die before i dont. (you can quote that if you want he he lol)

sunday: cardio

ran on treadmill
3 min warm up followed by good stretching
ran for 18 minutes 3 min intervals
6mph/10mph at the last set of 3 min "sprints" my shins were feelin it... 2 min cool down walking followed by deep stretching.

abs:

warm up 25 crunches w/ extended peak contraction
(YY method and stretching)

twisting crunches
3x25
(YY method and stretching)

weighted incline bench reverse crunches (dont knwo the name)
ss w/ incline bench reverse crunches

rest pause to 50 on unweighted ones to finish up with a long peak static at the end...

got a good crunch almost every rep... i dont really like the weighted ones i dont know why i did them (they worked my hip flexors more)...

-didnt do any direct oblique work (i dont know why) abs arent my favorite... i need some shocks!

next time maybe higher reps seeings as im on a cut and when im done i really want good abs

this was definitely not my best ab workout/but i was sweating alot at the end...

btw - gotta look into how to do oblique twists correctly (i do them but i dont think im doin them right)

tomorrow = chest/tri - i think i might mix it up with some giant sets and some other shocks...

I WANT THE CUT TO END
lacrosse camp = june 27-30 = should kick start the last four weeks of the cut...

you all know when i get on my bulk you will see some crazy cool workouts I.E. hittin up the austrian blitz/riot bombing and a bunch of caveman powerlifting [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

all this talk is giving me cut denial... wow this is a long entry for cardio day.. ehh im gunna shower

I agree and would put shoulders with biceps and traps. Sorry didn't notice you didn't have shoulders listed you don't want to neglect them. You dinitely want to isolate them one day even if they are used for other exercises as a secondary muscle.

Nice cardio and ab work....

hm i dont have a bicep trap day.. i have a bicep forearm day and i think im gunna add it to that... that will be a looong workout

monday

a very interesting day...i have decided... i dont need super ripped abs. more than that i realize i dont have a solid enough amount of mass to cut and look really strong... so right now by bf is pretty low (well low enough). in conclusion = after lax camp next week i will bulk for the remainder of summer...at least. i am somewhat dissapointed in myself, but look forward to mucho gains in my CLEAN bulk... BRING ON THE PAIN

monday: chest/tri

warm up - 20 rep flat bench press followed by deep stretchingof both muscle groups

decline tricep ext. (ez) (2) double drop sets

new bulking split (temporary?):

MON - Chest/Tri
TUES - OFF
WED - Bi/forearm
THURS - legs
FRI - back
SAT - delts
SUN - abs/traps

anybody please critique... this is the best i could think of to hit everywhere good without alot of interference...

feel free to leave comments in here

this will hopefully come into effect next week. i think im gunnalike it ALOT more
