so this is my first online journal. im almost 17... 5'5 in the midst of my cut... ive been training for around 8 months.. seriously (with abc/proper diet) for around 3 months... im not really gunna post diet.. just weight accomplishments/workouts etc. i think this will help alot... ever since ive started taking all the right supps ive seen alot of progress. cutting is really tough (im aiming to end my cut end of july).. without further adeiu(sp) here is my split:

MON - Chest/Tri
TUES - cardio/abs
WED - Bi/forearm
THURS - cardio/abs
FRI - back/traps
SAT - legs
SUN - cardio/abs (rest occasionally)

i really cant wait to end this cut.. that will mean one day a week of cardio [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] and 5/6 days of weights (hopefully)... this is the split i have now but i think its gunna change when i get my job...

i will try to post the majority of my workouts... but sometimes i might just write how it went OR any improvements... theres my introduction

ya thats the wrong reason there to be cool. Glad your on the right track with doing it for your self. I really dont like people who just workout bicep/chest/abs only to impress girls or people who bodybuild so they can be tough and beat everyone up. But i like people who do it for them selves so good going i like you lol.

the only thing im not seeing is shoulders in your split. That is a must have!

yea i know.. i usually get a good burn in my shoulders on chest/tri day and sometimes i throw in some shoulder isolation stuff.. but i really dont see where else i could fit it.. (thats why i cant wait til im done my cut)
