You'll supercharge your bulk by getting a big release of GH twice a week from having those lifts spaced out... Weighed in at 191 before bed last night.
Ordered a medium cheese pizza and cinna stix at dominos. Best meal ever. I'll be gone most of the day to celebrate fathers day in Gloucester and I am not sure if I plan to lift today. Going to eat some egg whites and milk for breakfast, peace! |

Did not get to lift yesterday.
Food I ate: Egg whites Lots of Milk 1 Hamburger 2 Hot Dogs (burg and dog on white rolls) 2 Sprites Lots of Water 2 Hot Dogs Crappy day for meals but no biggy. Today I am going to work upperbody at the YMCA. My membership to the super nice gym has expired and since I am moving to Prov in like a week I'd rather not spend 64 on a month's membership. So 5 bucks for a day pass to the YMCA. WatchTheHands, thanks for that link..it is pretty sweet. Cheers |

Ok so I went to the YMCA today and had a great workout.
Incline Bench Press 155x9 175x5 185x1 Flat Bench Press 135x5 185x3 205x1 225x1 (forced rep needed some help, almost though) Preacher Curls 25's on each side plus EZ bar 15 25's on each side plus EZ bar 10 25's on each size plus EZ bar 5 30's on each size plus EZ bar 8 Dips BWx15 BWx10 BWx5 BWx3 Close Grip BP 135x10 155x8 175x4 DB Shrugs 70x20 Standing Incline Flies 25's x 15 T-bar Rows 90x8 115x3 45x15 SkullCrushers 65x15 Barbell Curls 65x10 75x4 Upright Rows 65x12 75x8 Drank a small protein shake before the workout and a large protein shake after the workout. Yes, my workouts are very unorthodox, I will change it up soon and conform but for now I'll stick to my unorthodox workouts. I should have pics up today or tommorow and pics always make a journal more interesting. peace |

Today I rested and just ate a lot. I am experiencing extreme DOMS in my upperbody including my shoulders, pecs, triceps, and traps! Also my calfs, hamstrings, and quads are still sore from my workout on Saturday, like whoah!
I ate some egg whites and oatmeal, a whey protein shake, and ordered a large dominos pizza and cinna stix and split that with my brother. even though domino's is unhealthy, it's got a lot of protein! also i've been drinking a little milk and just finished a can of tuna. the more protein i get the more my muscles will heal, so off to the kitchen! |

My whole upper body is still in pain, but my my legs are almost healed. Today I will take another day off and tommorow I will destroy my legs with squats. Today I went to Dunkin Donuts and had two sausage and egg sandwiches, NOO!

I REALLY want a DD croissant with sausage, bacon, and egg now... maybe a larg hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar, too... plus a pepperoni pizza... okay, gotta go now. I suggest you change the name of your journal to The Page of Temptation for People on a Cut. hehe On a more serious note, workouts look pretty good. You thinking of a new split that's a little more prioritized?

Ahhh, **** I must be torturing you. Don't forget, I was on a VERY strict cut 2-3 weeks ago so I haven't forgotten what those temptations are like! Dominos and DD's are truly the best cheating foods ever, they are so fattening and tasty..
Anyways, just went to the super market and got myself some cottage cheese fat free (never had that stuff and i have a feeling i won't like it), chunk light tuna, 100% whole wheat bread, natty PB, skim milk, egg white cartons, eggs, and some oats. As for my split, I still haven't figured out what I'm going to do..I'm still sticking to upper and lower body lifting for the next few weeks and then I will consider a true bodybuilding split. |
