I'm going to do AM/PM sessions, all body-parts 2x / weekly. Calves 3-4 x. Need to provide my body with all the cals/nutrients it needs and a little bit more than that. Besides, my maintance cals are pretty high right now anyway [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Wanna get fat before the studies at the uneversity, only 1 month and 2 weeks left now [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

After some talk with Venom I maybe will re-consider 6k cals. I most likely just increase calories and see how the gains come along.

162!!! Wow, way to go! Definetly shows that the only limits are those we impose upon ourselves! Glad to hear you're making some major progress.

I haven't been able to hit the gym seriously in a month now. I've got this pain by my right shoulder blade. Pain doesn't change if I move it, or lift anything, but I'm staying out of the gym until I can see my doc. Afraid of making it worse. Feels like it might be a pinched nerve.
