Wow, way to go! Definetly shows that the only limits are those we impose upon ourselves! Glad to hear you're making some major progress. I haven't been able to hit the gym seriously in a month now. I've got this pain by my right shoulder blade. Pain doesn't change if I move it, or lift anything, but I'm staying out of the gym until I can see my doc. Afraid of making it worse. Feels like it might be a pinched nerve.
