Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep affects many mental factors.

I tried that gum thing but it just didn't do it LOL. But I think exercise does help get rid of the tension especially hittin the bag. [/ QUOTE ] Hitting the bag...how many times I have enjoyed the satisfaction of mentally putting a face on that bag....LOL. Yep, I have that workout tomorrow, just keep on increasing the pounds of sand that I put on the bag. Amazon

BrothaMan325 here. its ok to eat. i know alot of people that do the same thing. some call it comfort food, others say its just something physical that your body identifies with that makes it " feel good" when your not feeling so good. the main thing is that you recognize it and keep it under control. its also good that you work out. it would be a serious problem if you did this and didnt work out. another thing to consider is what you eat when you are pissed off. just choose wisely based on your workout goals and make sure that at the end of the day you are happy with who you are as a person. we all get pissed and we all have ways of dealing with it. yours happens to be food. for some its getting a beer, or watching tv. all in all ur not in any real danger. good luck to ya. take care.
