he he
Here I am with ma hum "training log". I got to see it somewhere, it helps motivate. Now, I am also on fitday.com and I write it down (sometimes ) in a paper journal...So hopefully I'll be consistent. -- 06/12 cardio: day off Food: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/DayFoodsTab.asp

Man,
Fitday is flippin weird. When I write down how much I ate in there it sounds like I am eating not enough calories, but when I add up my WW points, I am over by 7 points! *sigh* oh, and check this out. it's my training program for the marathon: http://www.runinjuryfree.com/trainin....html#beginner I would also like to combine it with a mini triathlon training, but don't know how to do it safely yet. Contemplating...Right now I bike on my days where I am supposed to be walking. http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/Pr...wksprint3x.htm

Welcome to the world of online journals! Glad to see you started to get one set up. On the fitday acct, its not taking us to your food for the day. What yoiu have to do is click the home tab, then click to make your journal public, then take the link that will be there and post that.
If you have any questions dont hesitate to pm me. -Sal
