I have been casually lifting for 7 mounths now, but I have had poor dedication, and many distractions (buying property, my girlfriend, familly things). Also my diet has been neglected, for the same reasons, plus the fact I was to cheap to spend the extra money on whey, or supplements.
Any way things have now changed. Iam putting 2 mounths of hardcore, no excuses dedication into it. I do not have a goal for a certain weight or a certain lift I want to reach, just balls out for 2 mounths, no work outs missed, no comprimise on diet, and I will see where it goes. I will strive for pain, I will dream of iron, I will eat more before 9 am then most people eat all day, and my body will be priority number one, over everything...and I mean everything |

So I almost didn't even get to the gym today, as I got only 5 hours sleep last night, but I stuck it out and went. so today is already a victory.
Today Legs: Squats: feet close 6 reps SS/ feet wide 6 reps feet close 5 reps SS/ feet wide 5 reps feet close 4 reps SS/ feet wide 4 reps leg press:10x /10x/8x/8x stiff legged dead lifts: 8x/8x/8x leg extentions:8x /20%drop 8x/ 20%drop 8x 8x /20%drop 8x/ 20%drop 8x 8x /20%drop 8x/ 20%drop 8x 8x /20%drop 8x/ 20%drop 8x |

I guess Il post my diet for today:
meal one: 4 eggs,2cups cream of wheat, with 15 grams of protein owder meal two: 2 slices whole wheat bread, one can of tuna, 2 tbls mayo, 1 yogart, 1 apple meal three:2 lean hamburger paties, 1 baked potatoe, 1 cup brocli salad: meal four: 2 cups milk, 1 banana, 2 tbls chunky peanut butter, 42 grams protien powder meal five: 1 can tuna, 1 yogart meal six:PWO shake meal seven: 1 cup meat balls, 1 cup salad, 1 baked potatoe I think its ruffly 210grams of protien, which isn enuff, but in order to get more in I would have to sacrifce carb, just for the room but I will try harder tommorow |
