So,I saw one recipe here that says about frozen brocolli. So,I thought to myself if brocolli can be frozen, does that mean I clean, cut, pack and store them in the freezer and mantain it's freshness?Since the place I'm staying lack of Brocolli,I have to go to Cameron Highland once in a blue moon to get the dam cheapest brocolli. So,the question here is,if I freeze them in the freezer, would it turn yellow spoil? Don't cut them up. This'll increase the surface area exposed to the air. To store them or any other vegetable frozen, blanche them (dip them in boiling water for a few seconds) to seal them and then freeze them straight away.

No, my ex is a nutritionist, so I've picked up a few things
If you can't fit it whole in your biggest pan, cut it into as big a pieces as possible. |

Thought I read that adding lemon juice when blanching will help keep the vegetable from changing colors.

Probably because of the Vit.C in the lemon juice and its phytonutrients
