I appreciate it, I've been working my tail off just like everybody here. Yeah I am the guy in the middle. It makes me look even smaller next to my cousin, and friend who's a bouncer. I was about 140lbs there, and I am up to 168 now. |

congrats , u gained some good mass so far. If u really wanna do the 8 weeks to bigger pecs go for it, just start ur cut after that.

I was going to cut after the 24 workout blitz, but I don't really see a need to just yet. I think bulking till next summer will do me some good. I need to gain some more mass for my new job.

I would recomend hitten the Tris, I didn't really see much for definition, plus if you can increase you tri power, youll see big gains in alot of your lifts
