If you arent 18 years of age does a parent/guardian have to accompany you to get an abortion done?

Well, if you go to the free clinic where it doesn't cost money or you can pay up front at pay clinics maybe, then no. I think most places have a confidentiality rule where they can't tell people things that someone doesn't want others to know. So, my guess is no.

Life comes from life! The idea that this being is not human becuase of its stage of development is ridiculous!
I urge you to suggest to this person to consider adoption as there are many loving families out there that have a lot of love to give to a child, just not being able to conceive. The right moment to choose...about one's body is before incurring into sexual behavior. Once that choice has been made, it has been made. With so many STD's out there, it is a blessing that pregnancy has been the result of that choice and not a terrible disease. Human life should be honored and protected. That child didn't ask to come to this world but it deserves a chance to have its own voice. In my humble opinion, Amazon

I also really think you should help this person reconsider. Based on the question you are asking I'm guessing that this girl doesn't want her parents finding out about the baby. But wouldn't it be easier to live with your parents knowing you are pregnant and then giving the kid up for adoption rather than having to live with the thought of ending the life of another human being? Whoever this girl is, whether your girlfriend or just a friend, please reconsider this.

I know a person who had an abortion 14 years ago and it still impacts her life negativly almost all the time. I will keep that person in my prayers..

I know a woman who had multiple abortions and regrets it each day.
