Hey guys..Im new to the abcbodybuilding as you can see. I been looking through exercises here though for months. I finally decided to join. Anyway these are last years picture around november of last year. I was about 5'9 and 140lbs. I had only been training for maybe 3 months in this picture. It kinda sucked..and I had just turned 14.

good luck im 15 seen about 15lbs in 4months (after bulk for 2 months and cut for another month) but i took a month off to get my grades up but im starting again soo good luck!!
