Default Betagen

Hi, my question is on Betagen. Have any of you girls tried it and got good results from it? My friend took creatine and it gave her a bloated look...But Betagen is mixed with HMB, yes? I wanna cut more, and maybe lose aout 5 lbs. I'm 5'2 120 lbs., I weight train regularly.

It's actually an EAS product, a mix of creatine, HMB and glutamine. I thought that only men take it, but I've been hearing that women take it as well.

If there are no sugars and additives in it then I'm sure it's good. EAS can sometimes be more expensive than other brands so you might want to shop around.

If you are looking for information about creatine and what it offers review the thread posted by Old School in the nutrition forum.
