Default just started ZMA...a question?

Hi everyone,
I am on week 2 of ZMA. I have to tell you. I started with 2 tablets before bed.

Now ,I know its supposed to put you in a better sleep zone. BUT, It was doing the opposite for me . I'm actually restless and then wake up every morning at 3 am WIDE awake.

the dreams...yes they are more intense! Maybe THEY are waking me up? anyway. I cut it back to 1 tablet..and that seemed to keep me sleeping longer..well 6am.I normally would sleep till 9am. but if it helps me be stronger...??

I was reading the article hear on ABC on ZMA and have read where your supposed to take it at bedtime on empty stomach..etc.. well I read another article where they said to take it 30 minutes prior workout & also at nightime.

Any extra benefits to this preworkout thing or should I just stick with nighty time? do you think that would be overkill with the zinc?

Thanks Sky

What i don't understand is taking it on an empty stomach and something i've been meaning to ask is, isn't it a BAD idea to go to bed on an empty stomach as you are in a catabolic state? I love going to bed on a full stomach.

the article says to take it on an empty stomach and then eat 30minutes-an hour later.

Take your ZMA capsules on an empty stomach (meaning 1.5-2 hours since your previous meal) before eating your pre-sleep meal and then go to bed. That way the ZMA has time to fully digest before you have your bedtime meal.
