Default when do you see changes?

I was wondering when do you normally start to see changes as you are losing body fat. I'm seeing a nutritionist/personal trainer,(she's a bodybuilder)

So on april 30 I was 23.88% bf
on May 18 I was 23.65% bf,
She doesn't like me to weigh myself, except on the days I see her. So I was curious, how much bf% do I need to lose before I notice a change?

I hope this makes sense.

oh, i'm not a bro btw.. try again..

I workout at home at the moment. I have a treadmill, and a bench and free weights. Though I will have to start going to a gym to get a better leg workout. I don't have enough weight to challenge my legs at home anymore. I have a Y that is close to home, so I was thinking of just paying a drop in fee for the one day a week I'd use it.

I also run, treadmill, outside on the weekends and sometimes during lunch around the river.

Could you give us some backround info, i.e. diet and training plan. That does not see like much loss for almost a months time. How much weight in pounds did you loose? For me in about two weeks i can start to see a changes, not big one but changes non the less. Do not go by the scale look at yourself in the mirror and take progress photos, photos will show allot more change than you think you have.
Good luck

I had lost 3lbs. I'm 5'6, and I weigh 156 as of today, (started at 160)
I'm on 5 meals + pwo shake a day. (22 grams protein)
each meal is 18g pro, 25gr carb, (no bread or pasta) , 1 veg serving, + 7 grm EFA.

I run 20 - 25 miles a week and do a 3 day split, so with running it works out to lifting 3 maybe 4 days a week, with 1 -2 days rest between lifting days. I lift heavier, to max rep of 8 or 10, after 10 I increase weight.
day 1 - bi's, tri's, abs
day 2- legs
day 3 - chest, sholders, back, abs.

Does this help a bit?

Thanks everyone. I'll keep at it and try to be patient. I'm really hoping for some noticable changes by mid July, we are taking a week off and heading to the beach with the kids. I would love to feel comfortable in a bathing suit chasing the kids around.
