Default improvement

hey i just thought i would share the improvement made since coming to this site and say thanks.
so at the beginning i couldn't do even one pull up, so i made it my goal to do one by april, and now i not only can do one, but i can do two pull ups, two curls ups and a couple dips. i am so excited, and i am glad i found this site, because it has pushed me a lot and i wanted to thanks all of you because you have all shown me such great examples to strive to follow.
by the way does anyone else have a good improvement story?

congrats on your improvements. you might consider starting and posting a training journal on this site so that you, and everyone else, can enjoy your progress. a journal is a great way to keep yourself motivated and track your progress.
