I know i'm going to jinx myself by saying this...

I have shaved well, everything at one point or another (due to competition) and have kept shaving a few areas. I never have once had a problem.

Try Bikini Zone, it's usually near the women's shaving gel. Skintimate also makes an aftershave for women and I like it, but you might have a problem w/the fruity scents.

I only shave my face and occasionally my chest but I have extremely sensitive skin. I shave after a shower, I use a Mach3 and shave cream for sensitive skin, and I only shave with the grain. I still get minor irritation but if someone with tougher skin then me would do that there might be no irritation.

The reason you get razor burns there and not other places is because the hair is more course.

Try a product called "Tend Skin". It is like an exfoliant that opens up your pores so that when your hair starts to grow back it has an open pore to grow through (not very scientific explanation but you get the point). Use Tend Skin after you shave (is does burn a bit though )
