Default Mr Tank2\'s hardcore training journal..

hey guys well this is my first training journal so im pretty excited. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] First off ill say im 17, 80kgs and 5'9.
Current goal: Gain Mass. 100kgs. I know its alot of weight to gain but I know with your help i can do it.

My Diet is as follows:

7:30 am: 3 whole eggs, large bowl of oats, three pieces of toast with butter.
10:30 am: 2 scoops of protein with 1 teaspoon of flax.
1:20 pm: 2 sandwiches with shaved chicken breast and cheese, an apple and some fruit juice.
3:30 pm: (pre workout): Bowl of oats with half a banana.
5:30 - 6:00pm: (Post workout) 2 scoops of protein with 2 teaspoons of powdered gatorade consumed throughout an hour. (trying to get dex and malto but cant find anywhere)
7:30 pm: Whatever parents make. Always consists of alot of meat, potatoes and veggies sometimes pasta and brown rice.
9:30 pm: 100g cottage cheese with 1 scoop of protein and a spoonful of natural peanut butter, 2 scoops of protein with 500ml watter. (the rest throughout the day are with skim milk)

Hi this is my new program I do a 3 day split and vary in exercises. I do one week on one program and the second week on another program, then back to program 1, then 2 and so on.
This is day 1 of 3 day split
Day 1 Chest/ Triceps

Bench press 4 sets 6,6,4,4 superseted with machine bench press to failure. TWICE!
3 minute rest.
Dumbell flyes 3 sets 8,6,6
3 minute rest.
Stactic bench till failure holding midway.
3 minute rest.
weighted push-ups 3 sets till failure.
4 minute rest.
Cable kickbacks 3 sets 8,8,6
Tricep press down drop sets 5 different weights till failure.
Ab crunches 4 sets 30
4 hours later! (usually 1 hour after dinner)
light weighted push-ups 3 sets 8,6,6
light weighted dips 3 sets 8,6,6

Well thats my chest and tricep routine for day 1 program 1.
Ill post the rest when I have the time.

Hey guys heres:
Day 2 of 3 day split program 1
Back/Bi

Stactic pullups 2 sets. Need alot of motivation here as very painful.
3 minute rest.
Pull-downs to the front 3 sets 8,6,6 supersetted with cable rows till failure.
3 minute rest.
Two arm dumbell pull-overs 3 sets 8,6,6
4 minute rest.
Concentration curls 21's + 15's Burns like no other.
3 minute rest.
Barbell curls 4 sets till failure supersetted with preacher curls till failure.
Hammer curls 3 sets 8,6,6
ab crunches 4 sets 30
4 hours later (usually 1 hour after dinner)
Dumbell curls 3 sets 8,8,8
Light weighted pull-ups 3 sets 8,8,8

Thats back and bi day. Keep checking up in this post as ill be posting program 2 pretty soon. Thanks guys.

Hey there people. Here's
Week 1 program 1
Shoulders/Legs/Neck

Squats 4 sets 6,6,4,4 suppersetted with leg extention 6,6,4,4.
3 minutes rest.
Standing Calf raises 3 sets 8,6,6 holding 50 kgs
Military press drop sets till failure taking 10kgs of 4 times. TWICE!
3 minutes rest.
Dumbell Presses 4 sets 8,6,6,6
Adam "Old School" Shrugs 3 sets 8,6,6
Ab crunch 4 sets 30
4 hours later (usually 1 hour after dinner)
Light military press
Light squats

There we go guys. Thats program1 complete with program 2 coming soon! Can someone please critique this split program.
I know its hardcore but I think thats what my body needs at the moment. I have a good feeling about this one.

Starting weight program as off monday. Will be posting pics after every cycle of both programs. eg. after program 1 and 2 ill be posting pics, repeat.

I did the first part of this workout today and I must say that this was the best workout I have ever done. My body was so sore that I couldn't eve take my shirt off. I love it! Congrats on the awesome workout. You definetely know how to pack on the volume and intensity. I like how you went over to the bench machine inbetween bench press sets. That must have been one sick pump to absolute failure. Sweet!!

God it was LW it felt like my chest had a hart I sware it was beeting. Thanks alot for the cool coments. But I must say that really, you inspired me along with alot of other people, but after reading your journal and reading about all you weight looses and mucsle gains, it made feel like I could do that too. And it really feels good. I love this site and everyone on it and am basically loving life at the moment. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] [img]/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
