Workout 5/14
squats 45x15 (warm up) 105x10 105x10 105x10 115x8 stiff-legged deadlifts 115x12 125x10 135x8 125x10 hammer strength hack squats 90x12 110x6 hammer strength iso leg extensions 50x6 (15 sec. hold) 50x6 (15 sec. hold) All in all, not my best leg workout. I am thinking of changing up my split next week to something like this: Mon chest / back Tues legs (emphasis on hamstrings) Wed cardio / abs Thur shoulders / arms Fri legs (emphasis on quads) Sat cardio / abs Sun off |
